What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. If it lands early or late, your driver adjusts the pickup at no extra charge.
Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
Outside arrivals at Sangster International (MBJ), after customs. Your driver holds a sign with your name on it.
Is the price per person?
Airport transfers are one flat price per vehicle: one rate for up to 4 guests and one for 5 to 10. South coast transfers are US$50 per person. Most tours are priced per person, and each tour shows its price.
Do you offer shared transfers?
Yes. You can share the ride with other guests to save money, or book a private van just for your group. Pick "Shared" in the booking form and we'll send you the shared price.
What does "4+ guests confirm the tour" mean?
Some tours run once at least 4 guests book. If your group is smaller, message us and we'll work out the options with you.
Are drinks included?
On selected tours we include complimentary rum punch, Red Stripe, water and coconut water. Ask us which tours have them.
Can you make a custom tour?
Yes. Tell us what you want to see and how much time you have, and we'll put a day together for you.
Are there any extra fees?
No. We agree the price before you travel, and that's the price you pay.
Do you go to villas and Airbnbs?
Yes. Send us the address and we'll take you to the door, anywhere on the island.
Can we stop at a supermarket on the way?
Yes. Just ask when you book and we'll stop so you can stock up for your stay.
Do you pick up from cruise ships too?
Yes. We run shore excursions from the cruise ports and plan them around your all-aboard time.
